Aims and Objectives: The aim of the study is to envision Delhi as an inclusive and equitable global city by 2030, providing equal economic and social opportunities to all its residents. The study seeks to develop a strategic framework based on competitiveness, sustainability, and inclusiveness, focusing on the efficient delivery of key public goods and services. It also aims to align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by setting specific targets and indicators, performing situation analysis, and identifying challenges to guide Delhi’s sustainable development and achieve the Vision 2030.

Methodology: The methodology involved creating a strategic framework based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a people-centric approach. The research team conducted a situation analysis for each relevant SDG, identifying challenge areas. Targets were set for short and medium terms, followed by the development of strategies for each Goal. This approach helped in promoting entrepreneurship, private investment, and an optimum mix of public-private partnerships.

Findings:
